The engagement began with a discovery and planning phase to assess existing practices, pain points, and project rhythms. Knight then introduced a Monthly Execution Plan, clearly defining recurring responsibilities and outputs by role to improve consistency and accountability. To address the lack of standardisation in communications, Knight developed a library of contract-related correspondence templates, ensuring all teams used clear, compliant formats across projects.

For project closeouts, Knight created a structured Project Closeout Plan, linking essential actions, document requests, and handover meetings to Procore workflows. Training and team guides were delivered to support adoption and build confidence in the new routines.
